Tangled is currently conducting customer validation to get direct feedback and assess if the Platform as a Service (PaaS) is ready for wider marketing efforts.• Generated and closed 2 of the 5 sales leads required to start the customer validation process, by building a strong relationship with the clients.• Identified $959k app opportunity in the photography market, and $599k app opportunity in the dance market by sizing the market, collaborating with the entrepreneur, and evaluating the competitors.• Gathered 44 requirements by researching the dance market, speaking with instructors, and dance students.• Created 3 user stories and a proof of concept prototype as the product owner with input from the dance industry expert and Scrum team.• Decreased customer closing time by 50% by designing generic storyboards and user stories for all sales leads to reuse after conducting business process analysis sessions.

The EDR Project modernizes the existing Franchise Tax Board legacy systems by decreasing the State of California’s $6.5 billion tax gap. EDR Project revenue to date: over $1 billion, which is more than 208% of the target.• Co-authored training methodology during project delivery, later used by the CGI West business unit as part of project proposals.• Identified 24 specific business impacts and mitigation strategies through collaborative stakeholder sessions.• Prepared and implemented 3 synchronized training environments for 600 employees, by creating more than 3,000 unique cases across the environments.• Mitigated critical project implementation risk by learning how to use 5 external systems over 1 week to facilitate the setup of data required for training, keeping the training schedule on track.• Trained 8 project team members, including the client counterparts, to setup training data using the 5 external systems by writing 3 step-by-step guides and walking all team members through the process.• Managed training for 3,500 employees in California and three state field offices, through weekly stakeholder meetings.• Coached 48 client trainers over 3 months to present training materials to 3,500 employees by designing a unique Train-the-Trainer approach.• Designed and authored 6 training guides for 1,500 Case Management employees.

California Medicaid Management Information System (Ca-Mmis) Project

The CA-MMIS processes payments to medical providers for 7.2 million Medi-Cal beneficiaries.• Identified process improvements across the 12 project areas to maintain CMMI Level II process requirements.• Reported process improvement findings weekly to the Enterprise Project Management Office

Oregon Child Welfare (Or-Kids) Project

The OR-Kids project introduced a new statewide child welfare system to replace the existing systems that did not meet all the needs of child welfare practice. OR-Kids provides the ability to track a child through every step of state care to enhance safety and compliance for federal funding.• Designed 2 financial eligibility modules responsible for accelerating Oregon’s federal reimbursement process, through requirements analysis and stakeholder input.• Wrote and executed 33 end-to-end test scripts, which increased system integrity and client satisfaction by discovering bugs in the code prior to delivery of the system.

California Child Support Automation System (Ccsas) Project

The CCSAS project created a single statewide child support system capable of providing high quality cost-effective services to California’s population.• Managed the change effort of 4 California counties, with more than 1,000 child support cases.• Implemented changes from 208 identified impacts to ensure the counties could use the system on day one.
