I provided training for verifications of education, employment and criminal background investigations. I developed/authored training programs/materials, administered training to new hires, re-trained and/or cross-trained existing associates etc.

I began my career in June 2004 at FADV via a temp assignment through Volt. I worked as a subject matter expert in criminal records processing for pre-employment screening. In October 2004, FADV started their first formal training program. At that time, I was hired permanently as the Training Specialist. I was heavily responsible for starting, maintaining.

I began as a Verification Specialist (of education and employment) for pre-employment screening. Within 6 months, I transferred to the "criminal department", and then within 6 months of the transfer I became the criminal department trainer.Within 1 year of becoming the criminal department trainer, I became the sole "Training Coordinator" for my location.
