Responsible for developing and executing NFTE’s growth plan for domestic and international expansion and provide direct oversight for NFTE’s domestic and international business partnerships. Directly oversee management of NFTE's 5 domestic and 10 international licensees and lead organization's efforts to redesign its Licensed Partner delivery model.

Led efforts to grow the impact of high-quality charter operators in Newark, NJ through recruitment of high performing charter operators to Newark and grant-making to enhance quality of existing charter schools.

Launched the Revolution Foods' NY Metro region to serve nutritious school meals in NJ, NY, and Philadelphia. Grew presence from school pilot as first employee to team of 60 employees and 24 school partners. Ultimate responsibility for all revenue generation, strategic vision, and P&L management.
