Determine how IT technical and manual solution changes, resulting from government mandates, will impact health insurance business segment operations. Assess, interpret, and analyze customer needs and requirements by reviewing business artifacts. Performs impact assessments & resolution plans, operational go-live preparations and post-deployment errors analysis and fix tracking. Complete forecasts and budgets as they relate to program FTE needs for incremental workload spikes resulting from new regulatory program implementation at a segment level across the enterprise.

Provide oversight and reporting on a $100+ million dollar IT capital budget. Coordinate the capital management approval process and provide monthly forecasts for designated programs and budget analysis for business, finance, and technology teams. Ensure CBA’s are prepared consistently and that both costs and benefits are included in business and finance targets. Ensure responsibility, accountability, and accuracy of project data and documentation. Analyze, identify, and communicate program expectations and results with the appropriate parties so that program's overall health, can be properly met and measured. Assist business leaders with project ideation, initiation, estimation, and change management activities and facilitate smooth navigation through various levels of finance and IT processes.

Complete monthly, quarterly and year-end accounting close process which includes booking journal entries, reviewing medical claims, ad-hoc reporting, account reconciliations and analysis, and provide guidance on monthly product forecasts and budget. Oversee accounting controls and processes and provide internal and external customer service for 15 dedicated product lines. Present monthly financial results to senior management. Manage multiple projects and provide continuous financial support to product managers and analysts.
