Key Responsibilities:- Gather intelligence using internal and external sources to actively provide the outsourcing and contract management (OCM) risk profile opinion to the Board Risk Committee- conduct business reviews to ensure compliance with the operational risk policy and controls are adequately designed and effectively applied to mitigate OCM operational risk to the desired level of risk appetite- Provide challenge to senior management on the OCM operational risk instigating explicit actions to enhance risk management as a result- Provide expert support and guidance to the business on risk and control frameworks, ensuring these meet the strategic needs of the Bank. This includes business communication, training and awareness

Key Responsibilities:- Develop sourcing strategies which are aligned to business objectives / strategies delivering quantified benefits against performance metrics covering logistics, service, quality, cost innovation and risk mitigation- Understanding current category markets and formulating global category plans- Negotiating best in class commercial contracts aligned to business drivers- Managing key client and suppliers at senior levels from a commercial perspective- Conduct appropriate contract audit and risk management activities ensuring contracts comply to all relevant regulatory requriements along with internal audit
