Responsible for collaborating with other firm leaders to develop and execute growth plans. Develop and maintain relationships that expand our firms reputation and client base. Identify strategic talent in the marketplace that would complement our growth strategies. Empower and collaborate with colleagues to position the firm for success within the industry and general business environment. Additionally, work with Regional Manager on operational projects that assist the P&L position of the firm and any special projects as assigned.
