My goal day in and day out is to make sure that all areas I oversee work as efficiently and as well as can be. To achieve this I coordinate directly with the CEO to determine and implement plans of action and take responsibility for making sure employees and procedures are functioning at optimum levels. I support the sales team, lead marketing ventures, increase brand awareness, data analysis, coordinate client relations, and manage human resources and payroll. Focusing on core deliverables while effectively challenging and motivating employees allows me to sustain and aid in the company’s growth.

Hosted a live weekly trivia extravaganza. As the first ever trivia host for The Royal Oak I interacted and entertained a crowd of fifty or more participants with five rounds of original interactive trivia questions.
