I am the Chief Innovation & Legal Solutions Officer at Allens, leading a large, multi-disciplinary team responsible for developing and executing the firm's innovation and digital transformation agenda. I draw on education and work experience in law, legal technology and project management and work across the firm and with our clients to drive innovation and efficiency in the practice of law and the delivery of legal services. I am responsible for a large team of technologists, product developers, lawyers and project managers who provide specialised services to support our lawyers and clients and innovate to deliver new digital products and solutions. I provide consulting advice and expertise to address our clients' data challenges in the context of legal matters, as well as in the application of artificial intelligence, analytics and automation tools in the delivery of legal services. I consult with courts and regulators on the application of complex technologies and the development of practice notes governing the use of technology in law and regularly present at conferences and innovation forums across Australia.

Director, Integrated Legal Solution
In this highly strategic role, I was focused on developing and implementing the vision and strategy for Allens' Integrated Legal Solutions practice, comprising the firm's legal technology, managed review and paralegal teams. In this role, I led the firms' Arrow and Arrow direct offerings, providing specialised legal technology, data analysis and document review solutions to support our disputes, investigations and transaction matters as well as clients directly.My team was responsible for the delivery of high quality and commercial legal technology and review solutions on legal matters, most commonly in the context of litigation, regulatory investigations and due diligence. The predominant focus of my role was to grow our ILS practice, including the development of new services and delivery models to meet our clients changing needs. l played a key role in relation to a range of strategic initiatives including the development of new adjacent services for the firm, the exploration and implementation of emerging technologies (R&D), as well as helping to shape the firm’s data and digital transformation strategies.
