My practice focused on three areas: Chapter 11 and Chapter 15 proceedings, and out-of-court restructurings; bank and broker-dealer insolvency; and the insolvency aspects of acquisitions, and of derivative and structured finance products.Chapter 11 / Chapter 15 Proceedings: I represented debtors, creditors and other stakeholders, including multinational financial institutions, foreign and domestic corporations, and court-appointed officers, in Chapter 11 and cross-border Chapter 15 proceedings before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, and in out-of-court restructurings.
