I have solid management experience, business finance expertise and problem solving skills that support the execution of strategy, and I am quick to respond to changes in the environment driven by both internal and external forces. I hold an associate degree in Commercial Art/Graphic Design from Hawkeye Community College and a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management from Upper Iowa University, graduating Cum Laude. I desire to continue to work in Human Resources and Recruiting roles and strive toward attaining my designations of SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP as well as PHR or SPHR.
