Responsible for the effective day-to-day management of FFRF, encompassing broad responsibilities for financial, administrative, human resource, membership and donor management functions. Reports to the Co-Presidents.

Responsible for all aspects of management of a statewide professional association with a small staff and a great network of volunteer leaders. Planned several successful conferences each year, improved association's brand identity and user experience by directing redesign of association and publicity campaign websites and migrating to a content management system. Produced effective association communications, launched statewide publicity campaign, improved legislative communications to membership and other stakeholders, conducted two migrations of association management systems/CRMs.
