My role within M&S digital is to manage the day-to-day design output across all business units showcasing on all devices such as mobile, desktop and tablet. Making sure we deliver a killer customer experience whilst driving sales short and long term. Working in partnership with a number of departments and other relevant stakeholders within the business to create and execute a consistent experience that adheres to the M&S Gold Standards.

My overall responsibility is managing major accounts within the business and building new client relationships, as well as actively searching for new business including pitching for new business. Experience working above and below the line to achieve aspirational targeted campaigns.

Originally employed as Marketing Manager for Home I was then promoted to Marketing Manager for Fashion after 3 months of joining. I was responsible for the strategy planning and client handling of brands that sat under fashion for 6 months. I was promoted to the position of Event Marketing Manager – a new role that was created and due to my previous experience as a Producer in Australia.

As a senior producer my role was to bring ideas to life and create experiences. I worked on a spectrum of events ranging from media, merchandise launches, fashion shows, exhibitions and society weddings. Client’s included News Limited, LVMH, NOKIA, Lend Lease, Chanel, Conde Nast, Tiffany & Co, Kellogg’s and the Packer family.
