My work mission is and will always be to contribute to the economic security of North Carolina’s workers, employers, and the community. I have a total of 23 years’ experience managing, facilitating, and performing activities in employment services and workforce development programs. My position requires considerable knowledge of current legislation and state and county industry and employment conditions. I establish and develop relationships and networks with large and small employers and their intermediaries as well as develop, convene and implement industry or sector partnerships. I maintain effective relationships with core partners, build relationships with community service agencies, and identify organizations that will enhance the NCWorks integrated services experience.
