Career Center Manager
CurrentSupport the NCWorks System, the Workforce Development Board, and the Division of Workforce Solutions by successfully managing center operations and executing day-to-day responsibilities of the career center. Serve as the functional supervisor of all career center staff who are a diverse team of integrated, workforce professionals. Primarily responsible to the Workforce Development Boad, Career Center Operator, and Division of Workforce Solutions leadership. Utilize and operate within the Integrated Services Delivery model to plan and direct staff in providing employment services and job training to applicants and employer clients throughout county. Interact closely with workforce partners, the workforce development board, economic development entities, and employers, to ensure the appropriate delivery of services to all.
