As the UK’s Standards and Governance body in the financial services industry, we leverage over 30 years of experience. Criterion collaborates with the financial services industry to provide seamless integration and innovation. We serve various financial sectors, including pensions, investments, wealth management, and equity release.Clients often grapple with legacy systems and manual processes. They strive to reduce costs, enhance efficiency, drive innovation, and improve customer outcomes. However, risks such as human errors, high overhead costs, and non-compliance with regulations persist.🟥 Key services:🟢 MPS Standards:Provides consistent Management Information (MI) data.Data Standards for edit model, pre and post model rebalance and retrieve model processes.Streamlines processes, reducing manual re-keying.Lowers operational risk and costs.🟢 LoA Standards:Automates information gathering for existing client policies.Enhances efficiency, reduces errors, and frees advisers’ time.🟢 STAR:Demonstrates commitment to timely transfers and better consumer outcomes.Influences best practices in transfers and re-registrations.Highlights good performance and reduces administrative costs.🟢Governance Services:Facilitates collaboration among market peers, simplifying market functions.Extends reach, enhances innovation, and lowers costs for customers.We oversee Standards through our working groups. Users can access them via our website (some require a license) and submit change requests. The Prioritisation Standards Group (PSG) meets quarterly and reviews projects annually, aiding Criterion in prioritising initiatives.
