Having always been fascinated by how things work, I tend to ask a lot of questions. Understanding how something was made or put together, even if I do not understand all the jargon that is used, helps to figure out how to improve or fix something. Couple that with a customer service oriented mind, reflecting on how I would want to be treated if I had an issue no matter how upset I was, implores me to do my best get to the bottom of the issue or research and figure out who or what would be a better option to resolve the issue. If the person must leave me to go to someone else to resolve their issue, I want them to feel like they are being taken care of, not just being pushed off to someone else. Whether it is starting out as an Administrative Assistant in the IT Department and ending up the Queue Manager (or Customer Experience Manager) because I was curious and fascinated about how things work and wanted to improve the experience of colleagues using the ticketing system, or starting out as just a volunteer for the Sidney Football Moms booster club that ended with being President or when I was 17, starting out as a hostess at Waffle House and eventually knowing everything except the manager’s job because of the same curiosity and willingness to learn, or learning how to change the secondary air intake of a 2002 Audi TT because it allowed me to see how the different parts of the engine work together, I feel is necessary to the road of successful product and customer service.Building relationships is part of what is important to successfully navigate to the best possible solution.I want to bring that same curiosity and customer service-oriented mind to your company to help your product get to the next level and then the next level!
