Senior executive with over 25 years of experience in the education industry. This experience includes strategic planning, managing the senior leadership team, overseeing the profit & loss reporting, developing and maintaining key customer relationships and partnerships, supporting government relations work with federal and state government in the United States, and working with lobbyists. My previous work also includes approving the overall technology and product strategy, reviewing and approving capital expenses, overseeing acquisitions, and developing strategies for increasing sales.I’ve overseen three acquisitions in the past 3 years at a large, international education company but have primarily led work on US-based programs. I have experience developing corporate strategy, including enhancements to our digital strategy and research into new technology tools. This oversight also included diversifying the portfolio to increase sales. I’ve managed a large ($300-$400 million) portfolio including a cross-functional leadership team. I also led the development of our DEI strategy including enhancing products and services and changing hiring practices.
