Lisa Sires is a customer experience and sales leader with 20 years of experience leading and contributing to successful teams in the construction, technology, insurance, and retail industries. Mrs. Sires has built experience in both B2B and B2C environments and understands how to build cultures of success around product knowledge and a focus on the customer.After earning her undergraduate degree in business and equine administration, Mrs. Sires leveraged her passion for horses and equestrian sports at Equus Now!, an 18,000 sq. foot retail space and online store offering products for riders, horses, and facilities owners. Starting as a sales associate, she was soon promoted to store manager, learning how to manage inventory, sell creatively, lead teams, and most importantly, how to create memorable customer experiences. In 2005, Lisa moved to California and joined Progressive Insurance as a claims adjuster. After 18 months, she was promoted to claims supervisor and led a team that resolved more than 250 claims/mo. through a collaborative approach with both clients and vendors. She was then recruited to assist with the launch of a new State Farm Insurance branch in Marin County where she helped build a viable office by creating partnerships with local organizations and training an effective sales team.Currently, Mrs. Sires is a Facilities Solution Specialist for K12 with SitelogIQ West. SitelogIQ is dedicated to delivering comprehensive facility solutions that support the resiliency, future-proofing, energy saving, operating efficiency and sustainability goals of our clients across the US. While doing so, we also create healthy, comfortable indoor environments that promote productivity, increased output, and improved experiences. Our company provides design, engineering, and construction for Facility Solutions, including HVAC, solar, battery storage, and lighting. Lisa assists her Northern California K-12 clients, accessing all availably funding avenues to leverage energy projects and increase general funds.
