I established Lewers back in 2005. The purpose for my new venture was clear. I would build a fulfilling work environment that empowered the team to create authentic research that mattered. Today, we are a diverse team working with some of Australia’s best-known brands. We put discovery into action to provide critical thinking that gets to the heart of our client’s needs. I still love what I do. Whether that’s tackling a tricky research question, working with the team and seeing them thrive or knowing we have a made a real difference for our clients. A lot’s changed since I founded the business, but some elements remain the same. Our clients still value Lewers for the clarity we bring to their decision making. We’re independent, hands-on, collaborative and, invariably, have the courage to provide advice that’s useful and relevant.
