In serial entrepreneurial fashion, Lisa founded Unique Growth, LLC a financial services firm powered by First Financial Security. A long-term EMI Network client turned business partner, Shirley Luu, founded a financial services firm over 20 years ago and today her organization includes 4k+ agents across the country and significant revenue growth year-over-year as recognized 3-times by Washington Business Journal’s Fastest Growing Companies. Her firm is based in the DC area and focuses on helping women know their money and businesses attract and retain employees. With general networking efforts resulting in significant interest in our local market and alignment with helping women in business, a new venture was born. As a servant leader, Lisa finds joy in helping and inspiring others to great success which has led her to volunteer with Dress for Success Cincinnati, YWCA, the Goering Center, Redwood, Tender Mercies, Rotary, and the Metropolitan Club - many of which are Board and Chair roles. On most evenings or weekends, you can find Lisa outside by the firepit with her family listening to music, on the front porch enjoying the weather, playing with her 95 lb. boxer mix, or camping.
