As BNG's Sales Support Specialist, I work with a wide variety of the payment business solutions BNG offers to our clients and partners. I specialize in credit card processing interpretation and reviewing. I work along side our sales team to understand the processes that goes into place when a new client is in the application stages of the sales process. I also work closely with our support staff to address payment related concerns and questions for our existing clients. The world of credit card processing is complex, but my position creates a clear goal to help simplify that world for our clients and partners.During my time at BNG Team, I worked as the Treasurer for the BNGive Committee, aiding in tracking dollars for the yearly budget. I also worked as a meeting minutes taker and back up meeting leader for the BNG Lean In Women's Committee. I thoroughly enjoyed empowering the company's amazing women and being a role model for women coming into the technology world.
