Lisa is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor specializing in investment sales and leasing in the office, industrial and multi-family markets in Philadelphia and its surrounding Suburbs.  Lisa has more than 20 years of combined experience in real estate brokerage, finance & operations.  At SVN | Ahia, Lisa works with owners and investors to provide acquisition, disposition, leasing and consulting services.  She is adept at planning, procuring, controlling and administering real estate assets and other resources to accomplish her client's goals. Lisa always puts her clients needs first which has resulted in profits of millions of dollars.Prior to becoming a Real Estate practitioner, Lisa worked with "thought leaders" at the Wharton Real Estate Department and the Sam Zell/Robert Lurie Real Estate Center, delivering excellence in education and research in the real estate community. She was responsible for overseeing multi-million dollar budgets and program activities related to real estate education, research and commercial real estate industry executives. Under her administration, the real estate program was ranked #1 in the world & produced some of the most sophisticated professionionals and highly innovative research in the industry.Outside of the office, Lisa is passionately involved in community service and various professional organizations. Currently, she is a Board Director for the PA/NJ/DE CCIM Chapter (Certified Commercial Institute Member) and a Member of IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management). She is an active participant in the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors (GPAR), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) & Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP).In her community, Lisa is a Volunteer Leader for Girl Scouts of Eastern PA (GSEP) and a member of her local Civic Association. In previous years, she held leadership positions in the PTO, Toastmasters International, Urban League Young Professionals, University City Community Service Initiatives, Garden Court Community Association and various Professional Mentor/Mentee Programs.
