After college I began working in the pharmaceutical company at Boehringer Ingelheim Roxane, Inc. (BIRI) as a member of the quality documentation group. Next I worked at Cornerstone Research Group (CRG). At CRG, I gained hands-on chemical engineering lab experience and knowledge of a wide variety of chemicals, interacted with many government and commercial businesses, and gained knowledge of contract work and the bid and proposal process. From there I moved back into the pharmaceutical industry at Eli Lilly & Company. I worked in the Quality Assurance area working closely with their manufacturing and laboratory individuals finding ways to improve deviations in their processes through corrective and preventative actions (CAPA). I also gained experience in the use of software tools such as TrackWise and Regulus. From there I moved into the Aerospace industry at Rolls-Royce. My initial role at Rolls-Royce was as a Quality Engineer managing non-conformances and customer complaints through 7-step CAPA. In September 2015 I moved to the role of Production System Coach/Continuous Improvement Leader. In this role I was leading and coaching manufacturing and office personnel as they launched and sustained the Rolls-Royce Production System and other various improvement activities to lean out and improve delivery to the customer. I was also a Local Ethics Adviser and facilitated High Performance Culture (HPC) training which was a key aspect in getting the correct culture in place to adapt to a continually improving environment. As of August 2018, I began work at Columbus Title Agency and Griffith Law Office in Westerville, Ohio helping to provide comprehensive title and escrow services to real estate agents, banks (and other lenders), and the commercial real estate and construction industry.Specialties: Great verbal and writing skills, hard-worker, quick learner, ability to manage multiple projects at once.
