As a partner at Osler, my practice covers all areas of financial services with a particular focus on structured finance, derivatives and banking.I act for clients on matters related to credit and equity derivatives, covered bonds and synthetic securitizations. With extensive experience acting for lenders and borrowers in both domestic and international financings, I also represent clients on a variety of finance transactions, including asset-based lending, private equity financing and acquisition financing. I have spoken and written extensively in Canada and internationally about the derivatives industry and cross-border financings.
