As the Director of People and Culture at St Aidan's Anglican Girls' School, I support the strategic and operational aspects of human resources and organisational development for over 200 staff members. With more than 20 years of experience in the independent education sector, I have a deep understanding of the current challenges and opportunities that schools face in attracting, developing, and retaining talent.My core competencies include end-to-end HR management, leadership development, HR systems implementation and development, HR policies and compliance, workforce and succession planning, and performance development. I am also an MLQ Accredited Practitioner and a member of the Australian HR Institute (MAHRI). My mission is to create a positive and supportive work environment that fosters learning, growth, and collaboration for all staff. I am passionate about professional development for staff and I am always looking for ways to improve and innovate in my field.
