My final assignment in the Air Force was at the Air Force Personnel Center as Air Force Separations Branch Superintendent. I had the privilege of leading 35 dynamic team members. We were responsible for Air Force policy compliance and processing 45,000 annual separations from the Air Force. During my tenure, we implemented an Air Force initiative to centralize enlisted separations, which included drafting policy and creating the automated personnel system adaptations.
