As a Certified Executive and Professional Coach, I guided professionals in achieving their career goals through purposeful, strategic planning. During this time, I was honored to receive the Business Woman of the Year award and the prestigious Athena Leadership Award, recognizing my contributions to business and leadership development.After 21 years in the U.S. Air Force, I retired as a decorated Senior Master Sergeant and was recognized as Outstanding Personnel Manager of the Year, a prestigious honor awarded among thousands.
