As Executive Producer/Managing Director at RADAR, I oversaw all sales & marketing efforts, all production and post production work, and hired and oversaw all staff. During my 7+ years with the company, RADAR enjoyed steady growth. In that time, RADAR grew from a production company with 1 Live Action director and 7 full-time employees, to one with 7 Live Action directors and 20+ full-time employees. I also forged key partnerships for the studio with animation and VFX partners, as well, I formalized relationships with overseas production partners in several key production centers around the world.

Producer for commercial production company Robert Richter & Friends. Bid and produced all jobs for the production company.

Worked my way up from a Production Assistant and Assistant to Producer to a Production Coordinator, Assistant Director, and Production Manager of Studio as well as Independent Feature Films and hour long TV series.
