As a trained mediator, I also assist when complicated family dynamics get in the way of implementing effective solutions for aging parents. When not working, I enjoy time in the gym, Pilates, yoga, paddle boarding, aerial yoga (I have a secret desire to one day run away and join Cirque du Soleil!), walks, traveling, and laughing with family, friends, and colleagues.
