Lead the planning, launch, execution, reporting and completion of multiple NPD Programs. Provide leadership to the cross functional team members necessary to achieve deliverable targets while completing phases and projects on time and within budget.

Work with stakeholders to investigate, design, and implement, improvements to MacDon’s business processes. Design and configuration of MacDon’s business systems to support process improvements. Prepare documentation to support the potential solution(s) to a business process issue. Prepare test plans, perform initial testing of business process solutions, record test results and obtains end user sign off in the test environment. When required, work on a project team to assist with implementing new systems, major system upgrades and/or system integration projects. Work with IT to promote approved changes to the production environment and re-tests to verify correct implementation. Develop educational materials and provide end user training when required in a classroom environment or as a mentor. Develop reports using the corporate reporting tools.
