Responsibilities included cost control, submittals, RFIs, field coordination/support, and close out.Jul 1996 - Sep 1998 Bayshore High School - Bradenton, Florida: Assistant Project Manager - The design-build project consisted of 4 buildings totaling 270,000 sf. My primary responsibility was project cost which included weekly client budget review/approval, B&R management review, accounts payable, and quarterly projections.
