She recently completed her master’s in healthcare leadership (MHL) from Wake Forest University. She holds multiple EPIC certifications and has a working knowledge of EHR workflows for outpatient and inpatient care, surgical procedures, phlebotomy, clinical laboratory specimen processing and ophthalmology. She has a certificate in patient safety and quality from the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI).As a project management professional (PMP), exceptional critical thinker, and trusted advisor to executives, Lisa has led U.S and international cross functional teams in strategic initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, training, software development, operations, process improvements and administration. She excels in problem solving, creating high performing teams, and collaborations.Lisa has been recognized for her accomplishments by the Wake Forest Baptist Health Women in Leadership Campaign, Wake Forest Baptist Health Hero Award, Hewlett Packard Achiever’s Club and is a recipient of the Hewlett Packard Technical Women’s Leadership Award.
