Anchor/team lead for Billing & Account Management, which handles metering & aggregation of usage data on the platform and charging customers.- Implemented refactor across microservices to extract measurement of usage- Debugged production incidents and improved monitoring/alerting of production systems- Reduced technical debt of legacy monolithic Rails app

Engineer on the Cloud Controller - an OSS component of Cloud Foundry written in Ruby that acts as central control point for the platform- Troubleshooting customer issues on-prem on different iaases and configurations- Triaged community issues and reviewed PRs- Collaborated with other teams to implement cross-cutting features (V3 features, perm)
