My tasks were many and varied, including diary management, compliance maintenance for RTO (registered training organisation) accreditation; event planning; direct marketing activities; and administrative support for both the college and law firm (Leverage Australia).Main Achievements: full transfer and integration of new customer management system; management and copy-writing of new corporate website; updated and refined direct marketing collateral and process.
