I shorten learning curves by providing information, resources, and support. Relentlessly curious and empathetic, I’ve made a career out of turning good questions into actionable information and effective tactics.I have over 20 years developing training courses as well as learning support materials such as checklists, decision trees, and how to guides. I focus on creating a learning ecosystem that includes both information we push to learners and information we provide for learners to pull on as needed.Currently I manage sales learning for Securitas Technology, including everything from onboarding to solution support to process improvement.In addition to making existing ideas easier for other to absorb, I enjoy thinking about ideas about how the future might be different and more hopeful. I’m deeply involved with Starbase Indy, a 501c3 dedicated to celebrating Star Trek’s vision of the future through humanitarianism and STEM education.
