Strand, London

After 8 years as a Branch Manager in I decided to return to being a Consultant which I did in September 2012. In March 2013 Brook Street closed their Putney branch and I was asked to join their flagship branch at the Strand.

I began my relationship with Brook Street having been an agency user while at the RAC. This was my chosen agency to supply temps and perm staff. I use my first hand experience of being supplied staff by Brook Street each and every time I deal with a client or candidate (even after all these years). It is so important to work to the brief the client gives you, impart your expertise and deliver candidates who are the right match and motivated for the role they have been put forward for. I have the pleasure of working with some of the biggest companies in the UK.

I set up and managed a National Telesales Department which sold vehicle inspections, it grew from 3 - 24 Sales Agents in my time with them. This department became the only part of the organisation that delivered bottom line profit to the organisation.
