About Lisa Genovese

As a senior Chartered FCIPD HR professional, I am motivated by challenges and being able to make a difference to a company's growth and success. I have vast HR leadership experience within different business sectors, along with a wealth of experience managing and solving complex employee relations, mediation, large scale recruitment, compensation and benefits, implementing best practice changes and compliance. I also have great experience of managing numerous TUPE/consultation processes, both in and out, including change management.
