I'm a creative and collaborative professional, with a passion for building rapport, teaching, planning, training, creating solutions, and optimizing program performance. In my experience, I have managed multiple projects simultaneously. I directed the planning and execution of events and classes, gathering quotes from vendors, ordering and tracking supplies and facilitating the events. I am responsible for department budgets and generated monthly reports within each subcategory. I have proven expertise in creating and delivering content for diverse learners in live, asynchronous, and virtual environments. Marketing, social media, Canva creations, and photography are areas where I have had success while building a following for a small business. I would like to be a part of a team that is working together towards a greater good, to serve the community. Having a growth mindset keeps me flexible and adaptable to a changing and fast paced environment. Throughout my career, I have thrived most when developing additional skills and tackling new challenges.I am passionate about people and developing solid communications through empathy, honesty and straight forwardness.
