I work as the Director of Employment for Path of Life, an organization that helps rescue, restore, and rebuild vulnerable families and individuals in Riverside County. I help assess an individual's needs, barriers, and passions, and seek to connect them to employment. I also network with compassionate employers that recognize the power of investing in persons seeking an opportunity to contribute, grow, and become valuable assets in the work place.

• Managed customer service department for e-commerce social enterprise. Developed customer service template library and oversaw development of best practices manual to ensure high quality and consistent customer service leading to 50% faster response times and higher rates of customer satisfaction. Worked directly with patrons to resolve concerns leading to 20% increase in referral business. Increased client retention by 15% in two years.• Additionally collaborated with management team weekly to assess what was wanted and needed in each department and continue to realign with the vision and mission of company.

• Developed and took to market over 50 new products; spear-heading new product concepts. • Managed editorial team, marketing copy writer, and design team to release new product each month, on time, per monthly scheduled release dates. Conceptualized marketing copy and acted as senior editor for all marketing literature. Also assisted design team to envision new marketing design and approved all design prior to release. • Successfully pioneered sales and marketing for nonprofit Christian startup at a time that the product concept was foreign to the entire market. • Educated Christian bookstore owners about Bible software and enrolled them into the benefits of retailing our product. Secured product placement on end caps with best product display.
