Responsible for all local marketing and fundraising campaigns to date in this RFDS' 90th year of operation in Australia.- Introducing RFDS Tasmania to digital marketing and social media strategies.- Highest attended event in RFDS Tasmania history, Open Day 2018 (1000 people)- Most press received for a single RFDS Tasmania event, Open Day 2018.- Achieved the greatest value in donations, raised by direct campaigning, in one month.- Keeping within budget parametres whilst achieving above goals.

My employment with Net Optics is a continuation and refinement of the role that I was employed for with nMetrics/Triplelayer. This is due to Net Optics purchase of those companies in early 2012. My role is now focussed on driving and organizing all marketing efforts for VARS in the APAC Channel. This role requires a strong team relationship and leadership role with APAC sales to ensure a cohesive approach and reinforcement of marketing messaging to the channel. Activities are focused on Asian and Australian Trade Shows, Seminars, Education and Promotion. I am responsible for further developing channel relationships through marketing communication and support and all APAC focussed social media and digital marketing efforts.This role also involves some technical writing and editing. It is my responsibility to source and provide local case studies and solutions briefs back to the business for publication across multiple platforms, and for use by the sales team.

From the beginning of 2013 I took on the added responsibility of supporting independent resellers and our distributor in EMEA in their channel marketing efforts and added this to my previous position, described below.

nMetrics was an Australian owned software house specializing in NPM and APM hardware based products.nMetrics was purchased by Net Optics in late 2011, early 2012.Whilst at nMetrics my role involved:- Market strategy development and implementation.- Partner Education/Events and Support.- Product launch and support activites.- Communicating closely with the Sales Team across all areas of partner relationships, and implementation of marketing strategy.- Analysis of marketing ROI, and strategy review.

Triplelayer Networks was the premium distributor of Net Optics products in APAC. Net Optics acquired Triplelayer Networks in late 2011 early 2012.This role ran in parallel with my nMetrics role.Key Responsibilities were:- Regionalizing Net Optics marketing for the APAC environment.- Partner support; events, education, communications.- Working closely with the sales team to provide support across multiple projects.- Budget responsibility and tracking.- Analysis of ROI on local campaigns.

Ozicom Solutions was an SMB involved in the Telecommunications industry.Roles & Responsibilities here included:- Executive Assistant to the General Manager- Trade Marketing Strategy and Implementation- Field Marketing Campaign "floor up" organization through to completion.- Reporting on marketing activities back to the business.

Managing a trade marketing team with a blue chip IT portfolio. Event management and demonstations. Floor-up management of Australia wide reseller events and in store demonstrations/merchandising for Intel Australia.

Event Net was my foray into the full time work force. Here I used the skills I had developed at University and my part time hospitality work and translated them to a coporate events environment.One of the contracts I was assigned at Event Net, National Roadshows and In-Store Trade Marketing Demonstrations for Intel, led to my next position at TMD Approach. Intel Australia asked me to apply for a role at their primary outsourced marketing company - TMD Approach - as they wished to transfer the account to that supplier yet still keep me running their trade marketing and event programs.
