Simultaneously, I honed my customer service and interpersonal skills as a server at Fox and Hound. These roles instilled in me the importance of delivering exceptional service and connecting with diverse clientele.My true passion, however, was ignited in the world of staffing and recruitment. At Staffing Now, I served as a Staffing Manager and consistently achieved top producer status. Matching the right candidates with the right clients became my specialty, and I thrived in this dynamic environment. This passion led me to co-found Direct Hire Group, Inc., where I played a pivotal role in leadership for over eight successful years.My entrepreneurial spirit then led me to establish my own company, Direct Hire Solutions, Inc. Here, I took ownership of operations and further developed my business acumen. This experience allowed me to gain valuable insights into the rewards and challenges of running a business.In recent years, I had the privilege of dedicating myself to my family as a stay-at-home mom. During this time, I also pursued my passion for fitness, working as a part-time instructor at Pure Barre for three years.
