Responsibilities:- New business development as well as maintaining current client relationships- Writing competitive proposals for projects- Growing and developing the qualitative research department of the business- Leading the research teams [including analysts, recruiters, freelancers and other researchers] on projects- Focus group moderation and in-depth interviewing- Data analysis and interpretation, report writing and results presentation to clients

Responsibilities:- Assisting with proposal writing for project bids - Co-ordinating, managing and, in the case of qualitative projects, conducting fieldwork - Co-ordinating all departments involved in the research process [including fieldwork teams, data-processing teams, panel providers, contractors and external consultants]- Analysing data and authoring / co-authoring reports and PowerPoint presentations- Presenting findings to clients at a senior business level
