Led a global team of HR Business Partners providing HR strategy and support to and for the creation of the new Global Public (Government, Education, Healthcare & LifeSciences) end to end business across sales, marketing, business operations, support and services. Business transformation required leading the establishment of an entirely new global business segment. Led the HR Business Partner team responsible for multi billion dollar commercial sales business in the US, Canada and Latin America. Three separate consecutive expat assignments 1) CHRO/Business Partner for Europe, Middle East, and Africa Services organization headquartered in UK. 2) HR Director for Dell's build out of EMEA Business Headquarters in Bratislava, Slovakia. 3) HR Leader for the growing BENELUX business headquartered in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
