She is experienced in managing in a highly matrixed and geographically dispersed environment. Lisa is uniquely qualified, with experience mitigating risks associated with various workforce, facility, supply chain, auto and product/medical/cyber/professional liability, and compliance issues on every continent. Lisa began her career in IT, with roles in technical support, change management, security and disaster recovery. Transitioning to risk management, Lisa implemented the first Global Business Continuity Planning corporate policy at Bausch & Lomb, a global manufacturer of eye health products. At Quintiles, now IQVIA, Lisa established a formal Enterprise Risk Management framework and process for assessment and mitigation, implemented effective loss control programs, and optimized technical cyber and liability coverages for specialized professional services in clinical research.She assisted clients with enterprise risk management policies and practices as a consultant at Sentinel Risk Advisors.Lisa earned her MBA from St John Fisher College in Rochester, NY. She is certified by Barnett International as a GCP for Clinical Trials Expert. She is a past president of the Upstate NY RIMS chapter and served as Treasurer of the Piedmont RIMS chapter, obtained her Certified Business Continuity Professional (“CBCP”) designation through the Disaster Recovery Institute International in 2001 and has maintained her standing as a Certified Risk Manager International (“CRM”) through the National Alliance from 2005-2020.
