Teens and adults who feel stuck in talk therapy, don't feel comfortable talking about their feelings or traumatic experiences, over intellectualize their thoughts, or won't attend other kinds of therapy often find my work inspiring and useful. It's my passion to draw out and connect my client's with their own creative processes--which ultimately helps them solve problems, regulate emotions, and see beauty in their lives. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and a Registered Art Therapist.
