It's my passion to draw out and connect my client's with their own creative processes--which ultimately helps them solve problems, regulate emotions, and see beauty in their lives. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and a Registered Art Therapist. I bring my belief that creativity is a vital part of life and healing to my work with teens, young adults, and professionals. After having worked in agencies for 12 years, I decided to create my very own studio environment where clients could come, explore, express, create, grow and heal. Now I have a full time private practice where I get to be playfully energetic, endlessly creative, and inspired by my clients every day.I'm also a therapist trainer and am known for the creative presentations that I give around Sacramento.
