I am a global communications leader with significant experience at Fortune 500 companies including P&G, Coty, Johnson & Johnson and now Kenvue, the J&J consumer division spinoff – brands include Neutrogena, Aveeno, Tylenol and Johnson’s to name a few. I’m currently leading global employee communications and engagement and executive communications for our CPO and COO for Kenvue.My career began on the agency side where I focused on brand communications/ influencer marketing. From there, I transitioned to lead corporate communications including internal, executive and external communications as well as issues management and corporate reputation. Through this experience, I’ve learned to navigate global complex, matrix organizations and counsel C-suite executives. I enjoy shaping communications strategies, forging lasting relationships with stakeholders and delivering results that make a meaningful impact.I have a passion for leading teams, particularly through organizational change as well as for cultivating and mentoring talent.
