Like most professionals, I have successfully worn many hats at the organizations where I’ve worked, sometimes as a leader, more often as a listener and learner. At the heart of every role has been my ability at making lasting connections with my team, company leadership, clients, and the outside community. In my role at Saint Mary’s College, I have the privilege of harnessing the brilliant work of our students, faculty, and staff, and sharing it with the world. It is an honor to be part of an institution that is committed to not only educating women with challenging academics, but to uphold its mission through equity and social justice initiatives. Our alumnae are who they are because they’ve learned from each others’ varied experiences, points of view, and backgrounds. How lucky am I?
