Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, I managed a politico-military monitoring program instructing 12 field teams and seven substantive units for a 1200-member international monitoring mission, mandated by the OSCE Permanent Council Decision 1117. I defined roles and responsibilities for risk oversight at all levels and ensured deliberate practices were integrated into the organization's decision-making processes.𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 Oversaw a 24/7 global security operations center (GSOC) that provided daily real-time situational awareness to the Chief Operating Officer, enhancing risk responsiveness. Tailored workflows of critical data streams using an enterprise GIS system. Luhansk Region, Ukraine

Provided strategic leadership advice for field operations, staffing, monitoring strategies, standard operating procedures, and safety measures that affected 300+ monitors in the Luhansk Region conflict zone. • Facilitated the implementation and use of unique analytical products to increase technical monitoring and data collection capability, resulting in improved security for the civilian population. • Created and piloted an innovative GIS mapping system for threat assessment, improving the interface between terrain, human environment, and operations, and monitoring military disengagement operations.
