I have spent my most of my banking career, which spans 30 years, in commercial lending and private banking either as a credit analyst or relationship manager. At Wings, I’m responsible for developing strategic direction and implementation of commercial loan participation purchases and sales, as part of Wings overall commercial growth strategy. Fundamental to the position is the identification, development & maintenance of counterparty relationships with financial institutions. I have a keen interest in providing exceptional service through a consultative approach. By engaging with partners, together we develop strategic insights to help achieve our mutual goals. Possessing a natural curiosity, I'm passionate about hearing stories and learning more about what makes a financial institution successful or what failures taught them invaluable lessons. I collaboratively work with both of our teams in order to deliver an exceptional participation experience with either selling or buying. With an eager desire to find customized solutions, I will explore multiple paths to find the right fit.Through my extensive volunteer work, I have gained a broad sense of community and global needs . Being a long time member and serving on the board of the Minneapolis City of Lakes Rotary Club has allowed me to funnel energy toward those in need.
