I began my Pilates journey through recovery from a herniated disc in my low back, and 10 years later I took the step to complete the Stott Pilates Intensive Instructor Training program and Certification. I have opened InConcert Pilates, a Pilates studio providing on-site corporate wellness programming, private lessons, postural analysis, as well as online class instruction. My niche is to focus on postural awareness, mobility, and flexibility, restorative care, and clients' personal advancement in the practice of Pilates. My current clients include folks who are just beginning their fitness journey, some have had recent surgery and are rehabilitating their strength, endurance, and flexibility, and others are seeking a convenient way to stay fit and strong while simply keeping up with all of life’s priorities.
