Responsible for supervision of Adult Day Health Care, In Home Health Care, Transportation, food service and medical care supervisors and their programs, the care of participants served by these programs, and administration of programs in the Administrator’s absence.

I oversee daily operations of Meals on Wheels for two particular sites. I am responsible for maintaining food safety by keeping a check on the food's temperature. Logging and submitting daily and/or weekly donations. I also complete end of the month reports for Meals on Wheels. I also assist with the homemaker program. I visit clients and assist with light housekeeping and responsible for completing homemaking assessments with new clients.

I created work schedules by entering schedules into Horizon and managed changes to the client's schedule based off the client's request due to hospitalization, vacation, etc. I also provided alternate coverage to ensure the client's care plan was followed and there were no service interruptions. I was also responsible for assisting with payroll, recruiting and marketing.
