Lisa N. Moreyra is a Program Manager at Advanced Engineering Systems. Colleagues describe them as " I’ve had the sincere pleasure of working closely with Lisa Brooks while at Bayview within the Robotics Process Automation department. In that time, I have gotten to know Lisa both professionally and personally, and have grown to rely on and trust her to support and grow the RPA department into what it is today. Lisa’s role initially started as a Junior Project Manager, providing hands-on support to me and the team wherever it was needed – whether that be reporting, data management, or simply executing on critical tasks. Over the last year, Lisa has grown into a true Project Manager where she has led the development and delivery of several large-scale projects including the implementation of a project management tool as well as our change management model, among others. Regardless of the size of the ask, Lisa is always ready and willing to jump in and handle whatever comes her way. She has a commendable work ethic and positive can-do attitude that make working with her a delight, particularly in a busy start-up environment. Lisa has become an instrumental part of this team, having impacted the department across all areas and building a level of knowledge that is integral to our operation and continued success. Lisa has made a tremendous impact at Bayview, and I am certain she will continue to do so throughout her career."
